As If Life Wasn't Enough Of A Letdown
A brilliant writer and I consider him a 'partner' of NWubsBlog (it'll stick) even though he refuses to link through to a 'raving', (hat tip - hh.) unfocused, finance-themed site. Probs bitter I write but with none of the talent or worthiness. Has a great read where he makes points for discussing MTV: True Life as means to feel better/more together in his RL and sneaks in a enviable shout-out to the DX clique.
What really irks me is that he propses a poll, puts you on the edge of your seat for the coming decision you will make, and includes no web poll. Just acts like he doesn't get web 2.0 and dropped all the goodwill he built in the port-a-john. Get cock-teased here.
OT: Tweaking my firefox add-ons all morning. wrote a powerful macro. Have a relavant to topic blog post in the can almost on it so yall can use as well saves tons of time and really pushes the level of robot automation thought possible up in your browsers, of course if you are of my kind, the kind that knows full well that "stocks are fun".

People Bringing Us Down - Part 1
Fresh out of lower to mid-tier college with non business/finance related study "financial advisors" at large shitty companies (particularly life & home insurance-background chop shops turned into the one-stop for all financial needs, the distuingished but main street full service brokerage firm.
Sounds just up your alley right?? Away from all the hub bub of Wall Street, never'll do business with those hucksters always robbing main street average Americans blind even though I'm not sure exactly how.... but local..yeah, thats the ticket for me. I need to be able to drive past where my money is held to do business with a firm.
Very 'Main Street', just the way I like it.
Culprits: https://www.thrivent.com/ Way to skip the soul stealing, empty, vapid, vampire-like networking opportunities offered by joining a McChurch. Part of the corporate culture here is shaking down prospects at Sunday mass. Don't believe me, check the site there is 'community & chapter info' for all to see. Puke. They should have a mass suicide, at least it would be a good news day.

note to all potential employees: once they have 'trained' you to sucessfully squeeze every penny into accounts out of your immediate family/friends/neighbors they won't be keeping you. oh, and those contracts, have fees for another persons lifetime or so i'll be 'servicing those accounts', but thanks for playing here's 2k for your hard work of selling our shitty products to anyone who would listen for three months.
